Our mission is the betterment of our community and society by professionally advancing and individually applying the art and science of medicine and surgery when treating our patients. We treat patients as individuals, one patient at a time and take care of everyone with the utmost compassion and care. Dr. Bernard and Dr. Carolyn Cavazos obtained their specialty training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. Both physicians are board certified and Fellows of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. They established Oak Hills Women’s Center, P.A. in 1982 and have been providing professional care for more than 40 years. Dr. Allison R. Cavazos, the daughter of Dr. Bernard and Dr. Carolyn Cavazos, joined the practice in 2017. She received her specialty training at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School, in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Allison is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. All of the physicians are licensed by the Texas Board of Medical Examiners and are in excellent standing with the Board.

At Oak Hills Women’s Center, P.A., we provide a wide range of medical and surgical services in a compassionate, caring and hassle-free manner. Dr. Allison Cavazos is presently the primary clinician. A nurse practitioner is also available to provide additional timely appointments. Women of all ages are accepted, thusly treating patients through all stages of life.
